Staring at this blank sheet of (electronic) paper is a bit intimidating! the purpose of this is a restaurant blog, beginning in our home city(s), Minneapolis / St. Paul, and hopefully branching out across the state, country, world, etc, etc.
I'm not a restaurant critic (professional, that is), nor am I in the business. I do love restaurants, food, the excitement of finding a new place to dine, a great new beer, or just hanging out with like minded people. In this blog we will call them like we see them, the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Feel free to agree with us, or disagree, we are looking to provoke discussion!
I'm certain this blog will change shape many times as we begin to add to it. Simple restaurant reviews, new places to eat or drink, events, local food, exotic food, food on a stick? We will see! Anything is possible. Look for more information very soon, including biographies of your humble narrators, plus much more.
